These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Jobsite AI Comms for approved company administrators, supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and other authorized users.

Authorized Use

The service may only be used for legitimate company operations, site coordination, safety communications, emergency response, and related jobsite administration.

Account Responsibility

Each user is responsible for protecting their credentials, using accurate account information, and following company access approval procedures.

Operational Messaging

By using the service or opting in through the company onboarding flow, you agree to receive operational and safety communications related to active jobsites. These may include dispatch notices, site updates, emergency alerts, acknowledgement reminders, and similar non-marketing communications.

  • Message frequency varies based on site activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages where supported.
  • Reply HELP for help where supported.

Company Administrator Duties

  • Only add employees or subcontractors who are approved to receive site communications.
  • Maintain accurate contact details and remove outdated or unauthorized users promptly.
  • Do not use the platform for spam, deceptive outreach, or unauthorized mass messaging.
  • Ensure emergency features are used only by authorized roles.

Emergency Features

Emergency alerts, voice calls, and broadcast tools are designed to support rapid site response. They are operational tools and do not replace public emergency services, regulatory reporting duties, or on-site medical and safety procedures.

Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or misleading use.
  • No use of purchased contact lists or unconsented message recipients.
  • No interference with platform security, availability, or other customer environments.
  • No attempt to bypass permissions, approvals, or logging controls.

Third-Party Services

The platform may rely on third-party providers for messaging, voice, mapping, hosting, and AI features. Availability and performance may depend in part on those providers.

Changes and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security issues, non-payment, legal risk, or violation of these terms. Terms may be updated from time to time by the operator of the deployed service.
